摘　　要：文化是一个国家和民族的记忆,在人类历史长河中始终扮演着推进社会变革和国家治理的重要角色。中国共产党作为中华优秀传统文化的继承者、革命文化以及社会主义先进文化的践行者,始终基于国家治理维度进行不断探索。从突出马克思主义指导地位为文化制度建设定标立向、增强党对社会主义文化制度建设的绝对领导、推进社会主义核心价值观对文化建设的引领、坚持保障以人民为中心的文化权益制度建设、创新社会主义网络技术文化制度建设入手,积极推进社会主义文化制度建设的路径创新。Culture is the memory of a country and a nation,and has always played an important role in promoting social change and national governance in the long history of mankind.The CPC,as the inheritor of China's excellent traditional culture and the practitioner of revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,has always been exploring the direction of cultural system construction from highlighting the guiding role of Marxism,strengthening the Party's absolute leadership over the construction of socialist cultural system,promoting the guidance of socialist core values on cultural construction Adhere to the innovative path of promoting the construction of the socialist cultural system with Chinese characteristics in terms of safeguarding the construction of the people centered cultural rights and interests system and the construction of the innovative socialist network technology and cultural system.
