摘 要:受列车振动与温差、风雨洗刷作用,弹性支承块式无砟轨道出现橡胶套靴老化离缝、轨枕破损及翻浆冒泥等病害。为加强结构界面黏结整体稳定性并降低破损劣化,提出采用“双层非线性减振扣件+预制短轨枕”进行弹性短轨枕结构原位换铺的道床改造方案,将道床减振改造为扣件减振并简述了轨道结构整治施工工艺。在此基础上,进行换铺前后轨道结构振动力学性能研究与受力特性分析,结合运营实际总结了整治效果。研究结果表明:采用预制短轨枕方案进行原位换铺的施工工艺为拆除破损弹性短轨枕、道床坑凿毛、安装新预制短轨枕及减振扣件、钻孔植筋、除尘灌浆等序列工序,可保证铺设精度,加快施工进度;采用具有枕下橡胶垫层的弹性短轨枕轨道结构其减振性能更为优良,但枕下弹性橡胶垫层易老化失效,应重点维护橡胶套靴与道床坑结合面黏结密封性,避免短轨枕-橡胶套靴-混凝土道床之间剥离而造成结构松动;改造后采用双层非线性减振扣件的轨道各结构垂向位移均有所减小,轨道结构线路形位更为优良,但道床板结构的垂向加速度增幅86.9%;改造后的轨道结构采用扣件减振整治方案可实施性强,轨道主要结构形位保持能力强,可有效解决弹性短轨枕轨道的相关病害问题。Due to the train vibration,temperature difference and rain washing,there exists defects such as seam between rubber cushion and baseplate,damage of sleepers,and mud pumping of ballastless track with elastic support block.In order to strengthen the overall stability of structural interface bonding and reduce deterioration,a ballast bed reconstruction scheme of in-situ replacement of elastic short sleeper with“double-layer nonlinear damping fasteners+prefabricated short sleepers”was proposed.The ballast bed damping was transformed into fastener damping,and briefly described the construction technology of track structure regulation.On this basis,the vibration mechanical properties and stress characteristics of track structure before and after replacement were studied,and the treatment effect combined with the actual operation was summarized.The results show that the construction process of in-situ replacement with prefabricated short sleepers is mainly divided into such sequential processes as removal of damaged elastic short sleepers,roughening of track bed pits,installation of new prefabricated short sleepers and damping fasteners,drilling and rebar planting,dust removal grouting,which can ensure the laying accuracy and accelerate the construction progress;The elastic short sleeper track structure with rubber cushion under sleeper has better damping performance,but the elastic rubber cushion under the sleeper is prone to aging and failure,and it is necessary to focus on maintaining the bonding sealing of rubber boots,avoid structural looseness caused by peeling between short sleepers,rubber boots and concrete ballast bed;After the transformation,the vertical displacement of each track structure with double-layer nonlinear damping fasteners is reduced,the shape and position of the track structure is better,and the vertical acceleration of the track bed plate structure increases by 86.9%;The retrofitted track structure adopts the fastener vibration reduction renovation scheme,and it is highly feasible and strong
