摘  要:目的构建医院血液库存智慧化管理模式,提高临床用血管理水平。方法基于无线射频识别技术,融合物联网、大数据等技术手段,设计智慧血液储存冰箱,建立人、机、血互联互通的物联网平台,实现血液入库、血液出库、血液信息统计以及血液监控的智慧化管理。结果模式应用后,降低了血液库存盘点差错率,减少了每日冷链高温报警次数,优化了不同保存期血液输注率,避免了血液资源浪费,降低了院感风险。结论基于无线射频识别技术的医院血液库存智慧化管理模式,能够实时动态监控血液库存、血液保存温度、血液效期等,保障了血液质量与安全。Objective To construct the intelligent management mode of hospital blood inventory and improve the management level of clinical blood use.MethodsBased on Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology,the Internet of Things,big data and other technical means,intelligent blood refrigerator was developed and designed,and the Internet of Things platform for interconnection of human,machine and blood was established,so as to realize the intelligent management of blood storage,blood storage,blood information statistics and blood monitoring.ResultsAfter the implementation of the mode,the error rate of blood inventory was reduced,the number of daily cold chain high temperature alarm was reduced,the blood infusion rate of different storage periods was optimized,the waste of blood resources was avoided,and the risk of hospital infection was reduced.Conclusion The intelligent management mode of hospital blood inventory based on RFID technology can dynamically monitor blood inventory,blood storage temperature,blood validity period,etc.,ensuring blood quality and safety.
