摘  要:目的建立医院智慧血液配送模式,保障临床用血安全。方法研发物联网智慧血液储存冰箱、物联网智慧血液转运箱,搭建智慧血液管理平台与智慧血液配送监控平台,由专人、定时、分批次进行“公交线路式”计划性配送血液。结果智慧血液配送模式的应用,使临床血液输注时间符合率(血液离开冰箱30 min内输注)由84%提升至98%,输血不良反应发生率由2.7%降低至0.7%,血液全程冷链保存,退回血液二次发放率达97%,临床最短用血时间缩短至(2±1)min,实现了临床用血随用随取。结论智慧血液配送模式对提升临床用血管理水平、保证血液质量等具有积极作用。Objective To establish a hospital intelligent blood distribution mode,and ensure the safety of clinical blood use.MethodsThe intelligent blood storage refrigerator and intelligent blood transfer box of the Internet of Things were developed,and the intelligent blood management platform and intelligent blood distribution monitoring platform were built.The"bus route"planned blood distribution was carried out by specially-assigned persons,on a regular basis and in batches.ResultsThe implementation of the intelligent blood distribution mode increased the compliance rate of clinical blood transfusion time(blood transfusion within 30 minutes after leaving the refrigerator)from 84%to 98%,the incidence of adverse effect to blood transfusion decreased from 2.7%to 0.7%,the whole process of cold chain storage of blood,the secondary distribution rate after blood return reached 97%,the shortest clinical blood use time was shortened to(2±1)min,and blood supply for clinical use was available at any time.Conclusion The smart blood distribution mode has a positive effect on improving the level of clinical blood management and ensuring blood quality.
