摘　　要：目前,献血者红细胞血袋样本管理信息化水平低下,存在安全风险。通过整合输血管理系统血型复检平台、血液库存管理平台与交叉配血平台,依托血袋样本智能模拟冰箱,建立献血者红细胞血袋样本信息化管理系统。系统应用后,实现了血袋样本的精准定位,提高了输血科配发血工作效率,且全程可溯源,有利于保障患者输血安全。At present,the informatization level of erythrocyte blood bag samples management of blood donors is low,and there are safety risks.By integrating the blood group retest platform,blood inventory management platform and cross-matching blood platform of the blood transfusion management system,and relying on the intelligent simulation refrigerator of blood bag samples,the information management system of erythrocyte blood bag samples of blood donors has been established.The application of the system can realize the accurate positioning of blood bag samples,improve the efficiency of blood dispensing in the Blood Transfusion Department,and the whole process can be traced to the source,which is conducive to guaranteeing the safety of blood transfusion for patients.
