新乡贤文化赋能农村基层党组织建设的实现路径

摘　　要：新乡贤文化作为社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,对于农村基层党组织建设具有独特的时代价值,主要包括:增强农村基层党组织人才支撑力、提升农村基层党组织社会号召力、厚植农村基层党组织政治生态净化力,而转型期农村基层党组织在队伍建设、社会号召力以及政治生态等方面存在不同程度困境,这制约了农村基层党组织引领乡村振兴的能力。为破解农村基层党组织建设的困境,发挥新乡贤文化在农村基层党组织建设中的时代价值,需要做到健全新乡贤的培育机制、发挥新乡贤文化的价值功能以及强化新乡贤文化的服务导向。As an important part of the advanced socialist culture,new rural talents culture has unique times value for the construc-tion of rural grass-roots party organizations,mainly including:strengthening the talent support of rural grass-roots party organiza tions,enhancing the social appeal of rural grass-roots party organizations,and cultivating the political and ecological purification of rural grass-roots party organizations.There are different degrees of difficulties in social appeal and political ecology,which re-strict the ability of rural grassroots party organizations to lead the Rural Revitalization.In order to solve the dilemma of rural grassroots party organization construction and give full play to the times value of the new rural talents culture in rural grassroots party organization construction,we need to improve the cultivation mechanism of the new rural talents culture,give full play to the value function of the new rural talents culture and strengthen the service orientation of the new rural talents culture.
