摘　　要：加强公安战时党建工作,对于增强公安队伍战时战斗力、凝聚力、向心力,确保战时重要任务的顺利完成具有重要意义。近年来,四川公安通过建立战时机制、推进协调联动,建强组织堡垒、发挥先锋作用,突出一线保障、坚持以人为本,提高奖惩比重、加大问责力度等举措,扎实开展战时党建工作,取得了佳绩。但是,对标新时代公安使命任务新要求,四川公安战时党建工作还需大力开拓创新,不断助力社会治理体系和治理能力现代化。为此,必须精准把握战时党建的特点,全面构建战时党建机制体系,大力强化战时党支部建设,匠心打造战时党建名片。Strengthening the wartime party building of public security is of great significance for enhancing the war-time combat effectiveness,cohesion and centripetal force of public security team and ensuring the smooth completion of im-portant wartime tasks.The public security sector in Sichuan province has made good achievements in wartime party building in recent years by establishing wartime mechanism to promote coordination and linkage,building strong organizational for-tress to play a pioneering role,highlighting front-line support to adhere to people-oriented idea,increasing the proportion of rewards and punishments and increasing accountability.However,for the new requirements of public security missions and tasks in the new era,the work needs exploring and innovating vigorously,constantly helping the modernization of social governance system and governance capacity.To this end,it is necessary to accurately grasp the characteristics,comprehen-sively build a mechanism system,vigorously strengthen the construction of wartime party branches,and create a model of wartimePartybuildingwith ingenuity.
