摘　　要：网络赌球犯罪具有无具体被害人、跨区域作案、借助暗网逃避侦查等特征,其案件侦办工作存在线索发现难、侦查取证协作难和取证技术支撑不足等问题。因此,有必要构建区域数据信息共享平台,完善国内外侦查协作机制,充分利用新兴技术,提升网络赌球犯罪的取证水平,从而有效打击这类犯罪,保护人民财产安全。The online gambling crime has the characteristics of unspecific victim,cross-regional,evasion of detection with the dark net and other characteristics.There are some problems in the investigation including difficulties to find clues,difficulties in investigation and forensics cooperation,and insufficient support of forensics technology.Therefore,it is nec-essary to build a regional data information sharing platform,improve domestic and foreign investigation cooperation mecha-nism,make full use of emerging technologies,and improve the forensics level of online gambling crimes,so as to effective-ly crack down on such crimes and protect people's property security.
