摘 要:重介质旋流器是我国选煤生产中的主要设备之一,其性能好坏直接决定着煤炭分选效率的高低。基于对重介质旋流器选煤原理和选煤效率影响因素的分析,重点阐述了近年来重介质旋流器在入料管形状、锥体设计、溢流管设计、供介口数量等结构参数的改进,以及在给料方式、入料压力、重悬浮液性质及密度等工艺参数方面的优化。分析指出,重介质旋流器结构设计创新、给料方式的选择及重悬浮液性质优化等是今后选煤用重介质旋流器研究工作的重点。Heavy medium cyclone is one of the main coal washing equipment applied in China,and its performance has a direct bearing on coal washing efficiency.Following an analysis of the working principle of H.M.cyclone and the factors influencing the coal washing efficiency,the paper goes to elaborate on the improvements made in recent years on structural design of shape of feed pipe,conical body and overflow pipe,as well as the work on optimization of such process parameters as feeding made and pressure,and property and density of heavy medium suspension.It is pointed out that renovation of structural design and feeding mode of the cyclone and optimization of medium suspension property are the focal aspects toward which the future research work needs to be directed.
