摘 要:为研究高强度调浆对高灰细粒煤泥浮选效果的影响,以高灰细粒煤含量较高的炼焦配煤入浮煤泥为研究对象,在粒度分析的基础上,采用接触角试验、煤泥浮选试验等,对高强度调浆时的煤泥浮选效果、不同调浆强度下各粒级浮选精煤灰分组成及强调浆作用下煤泥疏水性变化规律进行了研究。研究结果表明:高强度调浆通过提升微细粒与药剂间的碰撞概率增大了低灰细粒级煤泥接触角,促进了浮选过程中低灰细粒级煤泥的上浮,同时能抑制高灰细粒煤泥的非选择性上浮,从而提高浮选精煤可燃体回收率,降低浮选精煤灰分,提升浮选效率。该研究可为高灰细粒煤泥浮选效果提供有益参考。The flotation feed containing a high proportion of high-ash fine coal(for use as coking blend after treatment)is taken as the object to explore the influence of high-intensity pulp preconditioning on high-ash fine coal flotation effect.Based on result of size analysis of the feed,the influence of ash of flotation concentrate of each size fraction under different pulp conditioning intensities and the pattern of change of hydrophobicity of coal under the effect of high-intensity pulp conditioning are investigated through test on contact angle and flotation experiments.As revealed by study results,high-intensity pulp conditioning can lead to increase of contact angle of low-ash fine particles as a result of increase of ultrafine particle-flotation agent collision probability,promotion of floating-up of medium-and low-ash fine particles and inhibition of nonselective floating of high-ash fine particles,hence making it possible to increase recovery of combustible matter,reduce ash of concentrate and improve flotation efficiency.
