摘  要:为解决煤质变化导致的介耗升高问题,新巨龙选煤厂基于原煤煤质分析,对影响介耗的因素进行全面分析,采取到货介质质量管控、保证预脱泥效果、加强脱介筛管理、提高磁选机磁选效率、调整加介方式等措施,有效降低了选煤厂介耗。生产实践表明,吨煤介耗降低了0.15 kg,年节约成本62万元左右。介耗的降低节约了选煤厂的生产成本,提高了选煤厂的综合经济效益。In order to tackle the problem regarding the rise of consumption of medium caused by variation of raw coal property,a thorough analysis is made of the raw coal property and the factors contributing to the high consumption of medium.Based on result of analysis,a series of measures such as stricter control of quality of received magnetite powder,ensuring thorough predisliming of raw coal,strengthening management of medium-draining screens,improvement of efficiency of magnetic separator and change of medium adding mode.Practice shows that adoption of these measure has led to decrease of medium consumption by 0.15 kg,a save of capital cost of 620000 yuan a year,yielding therefore a favorable composite economic benefit for the plant.
