摘　　要：本文从黄炎培职教思想的角度探索医药职院工匠精神的培育路径,通过对工匠精神与黄炎培职教思想的耦合基础分析,针对职业院校工匠精神培育存在的问题剖析,构建黄炎培职教思想视域下医药职院学生工匠精神培育创新模式,培育学生成为行业能工巧匠、大国工匠。From the perspective of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thoughts,this paper explores the cultivation path of the craftsman spirit of medical vocational school,and through the coupling analysis of the craftsman spirit and Huang Yanpei's vocational education thoughts,analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of vocational colleges,constructs the innovative mode of cultivating students’craftsman spirit in medical vocational schools from the perspective of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thoughts,and cultivates students to become skilled craftsmen in the industry and artisans of great powers.
