摘　　要：我国高校在面对时代发展所提出的挑战和机遇时,应主动适应时代发展需求,为社会经济的健康发展提供合适的人才支持与教育服务,这也是我国高校在成人教育领域所重点探究和深入探索的现实课题。对此,本文以“普通高校成人教育概念界定与职能特点”为切入点,在深入分析成人教育问题的基础上,提出适用性强、内容深刻的成人教育改革路径。以期提升我国成人教育改革的质量,切实推动我国成人教育的信息化、国际化及终身化发展。In the face of the challenges and opportunities posed by the development of the times,China's colleges and universities should actively adapt to the development needs of the times and provide appropriate talent support and educational services for the healthy development of social economy.This is also a practical topic that China's colleges and universities focus on and explore in-depth in the field of adult education.In this regard,this paper takes“the definition and functional characteristics of adult education in colleges and universities”as the starting point,and puts forward a highly applicable and profound path of adult education reform on the basis of in-depth analysis of adult education,in order to improve the quality of China's adult education reform,and effectively promote the informatization,internationalization and lifelong development of China's adult education.
