摘  要:目的 对版纳阳春砂及其常见伪品巴色砂进行鉴别研究。方法 采用传统性状鉴定方法对两者外观性状进行鉴别;应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析两者挥发油成分差异;应用气相色谱仪定量分析两者乙酸龙脑酯含量。结果 版纳阳春砂和巴色砂在外观性状(颜色、毛刺、顶端、种子团、气味)方面存在一定差异;两者挥发油中分别鉴定出37、38种化学成分,两者挥发油中主要化学成分均为乙酸龙脑酯和左旋樟脑;其中挥发油含量分别为4.28%与3.35%,乙酸龙脑酯含量分别为2.04%与0.57%;版纳阳春砂挥发油中主要特有成分为α-蒎烯、cis-α-Bergamotene、β-杜松烯;巴色砂挥发油中主要特有成分为γ-芹子烯、Β-倍半水芹烯、β-榄香烯、(1S,8aα)-Decahydro-1,4aβ-dimethyl-7β-isopropenyl-1-naphthol、(1E,5E)-1,5-二甲基-8-(丙-2-亚基)环癸-1,5-二烯、(+)-香橙烯。结论 版纳阳春砂和巴色砂外观性状具有一定差异,挥发油化学成分存在显著性差异,两者挥发油含量均符合《中国药典》要求,但乙酸龙脑酯含量中,版纳阳春砂明显高于巴色砂,据此可对两者进行鉴别。Objective To identify Amomum villosum Lour. in Xishuangbanna and its common counterfeit species from Pakse. Methods The traditional trait identification method was used to identify the appearance traits of the two plants. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to analyze the differences in volatile oil components between genuine and counterfeit medicines. Gas chromatography was used to quantitatively analyze the content of bornyl acetate. Results There are some differences in appearance traits(color,burr,head of fruit,seed mass and odor)between Amomum villosum Lour. in Xishuangbanna and its counterfeit from Pakse. 37 and 38 chemical components were identified in the volatile oils of the two species,and the main chemical components in the volatile oils of the two species were bornyl acetate and L-camphor. The content of volatile oil was 4.28% and 3.35%,respectively. In addition,the content of bornyl acetate was 2.04% and 0.57% respectively. The specific components in the volatile oil of Amomum villosum Lour. in Xishuangbanna were α-pinene, cis-α-bergamotene, and β-cadinene. However,the specific components in the essential oil of Amomum villosum in Pakse are γ-selinene,β-sesquiphellandrene,β-elemene,(1S,8aα)-Decahydro-1,4aβ-dimethyl-7β-isopropenyl-1-naphthol,(1E,5E)-1,5-dimethyl-8-(propan-2-ylidene)cyclodeca-1,5-diene and(+)-aromadendrene. Conclusion There are some differences in appearance traits between Amomum villosum Lour. in Xishuangbanna and its counterfeit species.Significant differences in the chemical composition of volatile oil were found between genuine and counterfeit medicines. The contents of volatile oil from both sources meet the requirements of pharmacopoeia. However, the content of bornyl acetate in Amomum villosum Lour. in Xishuangbanna is significantly higher than that in counterfeit species,which can be used to identify these two species.
