摘 要:为了准确测定食品常用包装材料聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)中重金属迁移量,本文建立了使用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时检测Pb、Cd、Ba、As、Sb、Ni、Cr等7种元素的方法。选用4%乙酸体系对试样进行前处理,采用有证标准物质完成标准曲线的绘制并进行质量控制。结果表明,各元素标准曲线均呈现良好的线性关系。方法检出限在0.008~0.033μg·dm-2范围内,加标回收率为90.2%~106.2%,精密度(RSD%)在2.88%~4.58%之间。该方法快捷可靠、灵敏度高,可广泛用于聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)等食品包装材料中重金属迁移量的快速准确检测。In order to accurately determine the migration of heavy metals in polypropylene(PP)and polyethylene(PE),a method for simultaneous determination of Pb,Cd,Ba,As,Sb,Ni,Cr,was developed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The samples were processed in 4% acetic acid system.Used the certified standard material to complete the drawing of the standard curve and the quality control was carried out throughout the whole process.The results showed that the standard curves of each element showed a good linear relationship.The detection limits of the method were in the range of 0.008~0.033μg·dm-2.The recoveries were in the range of 91.6%~106.2%,and the precision(RSD%)were in the range of 2.88%~4.58%.This method is fast,reliable and sensitive,and can be widely used for rapid detection of heavy metal migration in PP,PE plastic materials.
