摘  要:采用火焰原子吸收法测定企业建设用地中的Cr(Ⅵ)含量,经过对样品中提取条件的优化,最终选择30g·L-1Na2CO3-20g·L-1Na OH溶液作为提取液,加热搅拌温度为95℃,溶液p H值调至7.5。条件改进后火焰原子吸收法测定企业建设用地中Cr(Ⅵ)的检出限为0.31mg·kg-1,准确度为-7.7%~-5.6%,精密度为2.7%~4.2%,通过实验证实,方法的参数均满足企业建设用地中Cr(Ⅵ)的测定。The content of hexavalent chromium in the construction land of enterprises was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.After optimizing the extraction conditions,30g·L-1sodium carbonate-20g·L-1sodium hydroxide solution was selected as the extraction solution.The temperature of heating and stirring was 95℃,and the pH of the solution was adjusted to 7.5.After the condition is improved,the detection limit of hexavalent chromi-um in the construction land of enterprises by flame atomic absorption method is 0.31mg·kg-1,the accuracy was-7.7%~-5.6%,and the precision was 2.7%~4.2%.It is confirmed by experiments that the parameters of the method meet the determination of hexavalent chromium in the construction land of the enterprise.
