摘  要:页岩气产业的市场前景十分开阔,其开发与增产已对国际能源结构产生了巨大的冲击。其开采过程中需要向地层中注入一定量的压裂液实施储层改造,经相关压裂放喷工艺后,产出的返排液具有总溶解性固体浓度高、有机污染物种类多、含量高等特点,如何有效处理和重复利用生产中的废液是页岩气高效开发的当务之急。本文介绍了页岩气返排液的水质特点,简述了页岩气返排液的管理方式,重点论述了目前应用于其处理和回用的先进技术。指出由于尚没有系统全面的页岩气返排液成分信息,目前已有的页岩气返排液处理技术都存在一定的缺陷和不足。最后提出加大研发组合式处理方法和集有机物处理、循环回用、环境保护等多维度综合确定页岩气返排液处理技术的建设性意见。The shale gas industry has a very broad market prospect,and its development and production increase have produced a huge impact on the international energy structure.A certain amount of fracturing fluid needs to be injected into the formations for the reservoir reconstruction in its recovery process,after the associated fracturing blowout process,the produced flow-back fluid has the high concentration of total dissolved solids,various types and high content of organic pollutant,and other characteristics,how to effectively process and reuse the waste liquid in the production is a top priority for the high efficient development of shale gas.Introduced the water quality characteristics of shale gas flow-back fluid,the management mode of shale gas flow-back fluid has been briefly de-scribed,and the advanced technologies currently applied to its treatment and reuse have been emphatically discussed.It is pointed out that due to the lack of the systematic and comprehensive information about the composition of shale gas flow-back fluid,so there are certain defects and deficiencies for all the existing treatment technologies of shale gas flow-back fluid.Finally,the constructive recommendations have been proposed to strengthen the re-search and development of combined treatment method and the multi-dimensional comprehensive determination of shale gas flow-back fluid treatment technology,such as the organic matter treatment,recycling,and environmental protection and so on.
