摘  要:动车内部顶板骨架与车体车顶的连接紧固件组是动车组重要的连接结构之一,其连接、固定、支撑作用直接影响到车内整体结构稳定。针对动车组五级修拆下的连接紧固件组中部分结构已失效问题进行分析。首先,对连接紧固件组中各零件进行外观观测,初步判断连接紧固件组中各零件失效原因。然后,采用ANSYS有限元软件对失效零件进行模态分析,得出各阶模态的固有属性关系。再对不同工况下受损零件进行理论失效分析,将理论数值结果与实际情况相结合,进而验证分析结果的准确性。最后,对五级修拆下连接紧固件组进行拉扭试验,得到易损零件的强度变化曲线,并确定再次安装该紧固件的合理预紧力范围。通过有限元数值模拟与试验测试结果对比,得出动车用连接紧固件组中易损零件的主要失效形式及其受损原因,可为五级修检测后再次安装提供重要理论参考。The connection fastener group between the internal roof skeleton and the roof of the train body is one of the important connection structures of the CRH train,and its connection,fixation and support directly affect the stability of the overall structure in the CRH train.In the paper,the failure problem of some structures in the connection fastener group under five-stage repair is analyzed.Firstly,the appearance of each part in the connection fastener group is observed,and the failure reason of each part is judged preliminarily.Then,the modal analysis of the failed part is carried out by ANSYS finite element software,and the inherent attribute relation of each mode is obtained.Thirdly,the theoretical failure analysis of the damaged parts under different working conditions are carried out,and the theoretical numerical results are combined with the actual situation to verify the accuracy of the analysis results.Finally,the tension-torsion test is carried out on the connection fastener group removed by the five-stage repair,and the strength variation curves of the vulnerable parts are obtained,and the reasonable pre-tightening force range for the re-installation of the fastener is determined.Through the comparison of finite element numerical simulation and test results,the main failure forms and damage causes of vulnerable parts in the connection fastener group for CRH train are obtained,which can provide important theoretical reference for re-installation after five-stage repair.
