摘  要:轨道交通车辆为满足轻量化、制造成本、环保等综合要求,在车身设计中大量使用大差厚高强韧不锈钢板材。然而大差厚板材组合导致电阻点焊过程熔核产生偏移现象,使得薄板侧焊透率严重不足,焊接接头性能无法满足使用要求。在大差厚不锈钢组合焊接中引入工艺垫片,以提高薄板侧焊透率从而改善焊接接头性能。研究了不同厚度工艺垫片对焊点的影响,揭示了工艺垫片的引入对焊点表面质量、熔核尺寸、力学性能和断裂模式等的作用机制及提升效果,验证了引入工艺垫片改善大差厚不锈钢板电阻点焊熔核偏移的有效性。To meet the comprehensive requirements of lightweight,manufacturing cost and environmental concerns,a large number of high-strength and tough stainless steel plates are used for body design in the rail transit vehicle industry.However,the combination of largely unequal-thickness stainless steel plates will cause the nugget to be offset during the spot welding process,resulting in a severe shortage of penetration rate on the thin plate side,and the performance of the welded joints cannot meet the requirements.In this paper,cover plates are introduced during the welding process of largely unequal-thickness stainless steel plates to improve the penetration rate of the thin plate side and thus improve the performance of the welded joint.The influence of cover plates of different thicknesses on the welded joints is studied,and the mechanism and improvement of the introduction of cover plates on the surface quality,nugget size,mechanical properties,and fracture mode of the welded joints are revealed.The effectiveness of introducing cover plate to improve the nugget offset in resistance spot welding of largely unequal-thickness stainless steel plates is verified.
