摘  要:针对间隔排布型盘式磁力耦合器的输出转矩特性问题,在考虑感应电流产生的感应磁场对原磁场影响的基础上,运用等效磁路法,建立其磁路计算模型,引入卡特系数,推导磁力耦合器的输出转矩公式。运用有限元模拟获得磁力耦合器的磁场分布、转矩变化曲线和机械特性曲线,分析感应磁场对原磁场的影响,并确定了最大转矩处的转差率不随耦合器气隙的改变而改变。最后,搭建试验平台,进行磁力耦合器的输出转矩测量试验。研究表明,最大转矩点的转速差不随气隙厚度的变化而变化;转速差小于120 r/min时,试验结果与理论计算结果、仿真结果基本一致,进一步验证间隔排布型盘式磁力耦合器输出转矩模型的准确性。In order to study the torque characteristics of the magnetic couplers with magnet spacing arrangement(MCMSA),based on the magnetic equivalent circuit method,taking the induced magnetic field generated by the induced current and carter coefficient in consideration,the model of torque is established.The magnetic field distribution,torque variation curve and mechanical characteristic curve of the magnetic coupling are obtained by finite element simulation.The influence of inductive magnetic field on the original magnetic field is analyzed and the slip rate at the maximum torque is determined to be unaffected by the air gap thickness.The research shows that the speed difference at the maximum torque point does not vary with the thickness of the air gap;when the speed difference is less than 120 r/min,the results of the test are basically in agreement with the theoretical calculation and simulation,which further verifies the accuracy of the torque formula.
