摘 要:缠绕式超深矿井提升机钢丝绳在卷筒两侧挡绳板处需要借助结构合理的层间过渡装置实现换向和层间过渡,若层间过渡装置不合理,钢丝绳在层间过渡时因超深矿井提升系统运动时的高速、重载带来的严重冲击、振动从而引起钢丝绳的磨损和卡绳,还会影响钢丝绳排绳的平稳性,甚至会影响整个提升系统的寿命。针对这些问题设计出了一种新的可缠5层的多层缠绕层间过渡装置,并结合动力学仿真软件得到钢丝绳层间过渡、圈间过渡时提升系统的振动特性。The wire rope of the winding type ultra-deep mine hoist at both sides of the reel could realize the reversal and inter-layer transition with the help of the reasonably structured inter-layer transition device.If the inter-layer transition device is not reasonably used,the wear and stuck rope of the wire rope will occur due to severe concussion and vibration brought by the high speed and heavy load of the ultra-deep mine lifting system during the process of inter-layer transition,which will also affect the stability of the wire rope row,and even affect the longevity of the entire lifting system.Considering these problems,we have designed a new multi-layer winding inter-layer transition device with five layers,and the vibration characteristics of the hoisting system during the wire rope inter-layer transition and inter-ring transition have been obtained using the dynamic simulation software.
