摘  要:某弹性阻尼复合减震装置是集合了弹性阻尼单元和液压粘滞阻尼单元的新型减震装置,适应于大跨度悬索桥和斜拉桥的减震及主梁位移控制。阐述了其基本工作原理,对主要结构部件进行了强度核算,并开展了速度相关性、限位力及限位刚度性能试验。结果表明:该弹性阻尼复合减震装置结构形式合理,强度达到设计要求,具有较好的减震功能。文中所采用的设计与试验方法正确,可行性高,通用性好,对于同类产品有指导意义。The elastic damping composite damping device is a new type of damping device which integrates an elastic damping unit and a hydraulic viscous damping unit. It is suitable for vibration reduction and main beam displacement control of long-span suspension bridge and cable-stayed bridge. This paper explains the basic working principle, conducts intensity accounting for the main structure, and carries out tests on speed correlation, limit force and stiffness performance. The results show that the elastic damping composite damping device has a reasonable structure and the sufficient strength meets the requirements. The design and testing methods used in this paper have high feasibility and good generality, and have implications for similar products.
