摘  要:开发了多极数低速大扭矩开关磁阻电机,研制了利用开关磁阻电机半直驱的游梁式抽油机,开关磁阻电机直接与减速箱输入轴连接,省去了皮带传动环节,整机结构更简单。开展了开关磁阻电机的方案设计、电磁参数计算及样机试制;针对半直驱特点,对开关磁阻电机与减速箱输入轴的连接结构进行了分析,研制了专用调心联轴器。对研制的半直驱开关磁阻电机抽油机进行了5口井现场试验应用,分析了其运行特点及节能效果;结果表明,与改进前的常规游梁式抽油机相比,半直驱开关磁阻电机抽油机整体效率提高,节能效果显著,具有良好的经济社会效益。A multi-pole low-speed and high-torque switched reluctance motor is developed, and then the semi-direct-drive pumping unit driven by a switched reluctance motor is developed. The switched reluctance motor is directly connected with the input shaft of the gearbox, eliminating the belt transmission, and the entire structure of the pumping unit is simplified. The schematic design, electromagnetic parameter calculation and prototype manufacturing of the switched reluctance motor were carried out. According to the characteristics of the semi-direct-drive, the connection structure of the switched reluctance motor and the gearbox input shaft is analyzed, and a special self-aligning coupling is developed. The semi-direct-drive pumping unit driven by a switched reluctance motor is tested on five oil wells, and its operation characteristics and energy saving performance are analyzed. The results show that compared with the conventional beam pumping unit before the improvement, the overall efficiency of the semi-direct-drive pumping unit driven by a switched reluctance motor is improved, the energy saving performance is remarkable, which has good economic and social benefits.
