摘  要:针对目前国内空气净化器处理污染物单一等弊端,基于TRIZ理论解决技术问题的方法和流程,运用TRIZ工具对空气净化技术系统进行了深入分析。通过将多种空气净化技术集成以实现室内空气的高效净化,设计静电集尘和过滤除尘子装置对可吸入颗粒物进行吸附;结合紫外线杀菌装置对细菌、病菌等有害物质进行灭杀,采用巴涤固态光触媒材料作为吸附剂对有毒有害气体进行吸附降解。利用多种空气污染物释放剂对多功能空气净化器的净化能力进行实验测试,结果表明,设计的空气净化器可将多污染源空气进行有效净化处理,空气中TVOC等污染物的净化效率达到95%以上,空气净化质量较高。In view of the disadvantages of single pollutant treatment in domestic air purifiers, with the method and process of solving technical problems based on TRIZ theory, the air purification technology system is deeply analyzed using TRIZ tool. The air purifier is designed by integrating a variety of air purification technologies to achieve efficient purification of indoor air. Electrostatic dust collection and filtration dust removal sub-devices are designed to adsorb inhalable particles. The purifier also includes an ultraviolet sterilization device to kill bacteria, germs and other harmful substances. Polyester solid photo-catalyst material is used as adsorbent to adsorb and degrade toxic and harmful gases. A variety of air pollution releasing agents are used to test the purification capacity of the multifunctional air purifier. The results show that the designed air purifier can effectively purify the air from multiple pollution sources, and the air purification quality of TVOC is up to 95%, which proves that the new air purifier has a higher air purification quality.
