摘　　要：动物脂肪组织主要负责能量的储存和代谢,也是重要的内分泌器官,参与机体生理功能的调控。在家养动物中,脂肪沉积对动物的生长性能、繁殖性能均有直接或间接的影响,同时是影响肌肉品质的主要因素之一。因此,研究动物体内脂肪组织发育和脂肪沉积不仅有助于对人类医疗保健的进一步认知,也对畜牧业发展很重要。而MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类短链非编码小RNA分子,长度18~25 nt,广泛存在于动植物中,可以作为调控脂肪沉积的一种方式。研究表明,miRNA能够参与动物生殖、生长发育、新陈代谢和疾病发生等生物学过程,对维持正常的生命活动具有重要意义。本文重点综述了miRNA在脂肪正常发育、异位增生以及在家养畜禽脂肪沉积中的作用,以期为相关研究提供参考。Animal adipose tissue is mainly responsible for energy storage and metabolism.It is also an important endocrine organ and participates in the regulation of physiological functions.In domestic animals,fat deposition has a direct or indirect impact on animal growth performance and reproductive performance,and is one of the main factors affecting muscle quality.Therefore,the study of adipose tissue development and fat deposition in animals is not only helpful to the further understanding of human health care,but also very important to the development of animal husbandry.MicroRNA(miRNA)is a kind of short chain non coding small RNA molecules,with a length of 18~25 nt.It widely exists in animals and plants and can be used as a way to regulate fat deposition.Studies have shown that miRNA can participate in biological processes such as animal reproduction,growth and development,metabolism and disease occurrence,which is of great significance to maintain normal life activities.This paper mainly reviews the role of miRNA in normal fat development,ectopic hyperplasia and fat deposition in domestic livestock and poultry,in order to provide reference for relevant research.
