摘 要:通过固相萃取法对淮河(安徽段)水样中多环芳烃进行提取和测试,结果表明:研究区域内水体中高浓度的多环芳烃主要来源于化石燃料的消耗过程和当地的工业生产活动,多环芳烃通过在环境不同介质的迁移运动,最终在水体中呈现出空间分布和垂直分布的不均一性。通过比值法和主成分分析法得出,水体中多环芳烃主要来源于热解。研究区域内水体中的各单体多环芳烃均处于中风险水平,需要注意防范致癌性的多环芳烃单体芴和苯并[a]蒽。Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water samples of Huaihe River(Anhui section)were extracted and tested by solid phase extraction.The results show that the high concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the water bodies in the study area mainly originates from the consumption process of fossil fuels and local industrial production activities,and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons finally show the inhomogeneity of spatial distribution and vertical distribution in the water body through the migration movement of different media in the environment.Through the ratio method and the principal component analysis method,it is concluded that the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the water body are mainly derived from pyrolysis.Each monomer polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in the water body in the study area is at the medium risk level,but it is necessary to pay attention to the prevention of carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon monomersfluorene and benzo[a]anthracene,which may cause cancer.
