摘  要:在OBE视角下,“培养什么人”“怎样培养人”“为谁培养人”构成了一个严密的思想政治教育质量保障体系。思想政治理论课教学作为思想政治教育的一个重要环节,对其教学质量的评价要以成果为导向,回归学生本位,回归思想政治教育质量保障的大系统,建立以持续改进思想政治理论课质量为目标的差异化评教体系和长效评价机制。通过评价指标、评价权重、评价方法、评价主体等方面分析了符合OBE理念的高校思想政治理论课差异化评教体系的构建,并对如何建立差异化评教的长效机制提出了建设质量文化、加强信息采集与处理、强化部门联动的对策建议。From the perspective of OBE,“who to cultivate”,“how to cultivate”and“for whom to cultivate”construct a well-organized quality assurance system for ideological and political education.As an important part of ideological and political education,the evaluation of the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses should be result-oriented,return to the student-oriented and the overall system of quality assurance of ideological and political education,and establish a differentiated evaluation system and long-term evaluation mechanism aiming at continuously improving the quality of ideological and political theory courses.This paper analyzes the construction of a differentiated teaching evaluation system for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities that conforms to the OBE concept through evaluation indicator,evaluation weight,evaluation method,and evaluation subject,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on how to establish a long-term mechanism for differentiated teaching evaluation,such as building a quality culture,strengthening information collection and processing,and strengthening the linkage of departments.
