摘  要:为了满足盲文书写方式的便捷性与盲文读取过程准确度越来越高的要求。基于提高盲文点痕的形成效果,设计了一款新型电磁式字车装置。该装置利用电磁铁提供稳定的磁力保证每次击针冲击力相同,形成大小深度均匀的点痕;同时击针与电磁铁间采取同轴对中的方式进行配合保证每次点字的精准性,形成排列工整的点字序列;最后选择ST89C51单片机作为最小控制系统,利用C++对控制系统编程,实现自动换行与换方功能,简化操作过程,提高书写效率及点痕的清晰度。In order to meet the increasing requirements of the convenience of Braille writing and accuracy of Braille reading process,a new electromagnetic character car device is designed on the basis of improving the formation effect of Braille dot marks.The device uses an electromagnet to provide a stable magnetism to ensure the same impact force that each punch has,forming dot marks with a uniform size and depth.At the same time,the stylus is aligned with the electromagnet in a coaxial manner to ensure the accuracy of each punch,forming a neatly arranged braille sequence.Finally,ST89C51 microcontroller is selected as the minimum control system,and C++is used to program the control system to realize the automatic line change function,which simplifies the operation process and improves the writing efficiency and the acutance of dot marks.
