加味知柏地黄汤联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味知柏地黄汤联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效及对性激素的影响。方法:将120例围绝经期综合征患者以随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各60例。对照组给予芬吗通治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予加味知柏地黄汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、改良Kupperman评分及性激素、血清钙、维生素D_(3)水平,并评估2组临床疗效及药物安全性。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率95.00%,高于对照组76.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、改良Kupperman评分及卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),雌二醇(E_(2))、血清钙、维生素D_(3)水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后中医证候评分、改良Kupperman评分及FSH、LH水平低于对照组(P<0.05),E_(2)、血清钙、维生素D_(3)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组用药期间均未发生不良反应。结论:加味知柏地黄汤联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期综合征疗效显著,能调节患者性激素水平,提高钙吸收,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with Femoston on perimenopausal syndrome and its effect on sex hormones.Methods:A total of 120 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given Femoston and the treatment group was additionally treated with modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,modified Kupperman scores,and the levels of sex hormones,serum calcium and vitamin D_(3)were compared between the two groups.The clinical effects and safety in both groups were also evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 95.00%in the treatment group,higher than that of 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,modified Kupperman scores,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),serum calcium and vitamin D_(3)were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,modified Kupperman scores,and the levels of FSH and LH in the treatment group were lower(P<0.05),and the levels of E_(2),serum calcium and vitamin D_(3)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with Femoston has a significant curative effect on perimenopausal syndrome,which can regulate the levels of sex hormones of patients,and enhance the absorption of calcium,with high safety.
