降酸消脂方治疗无症状高尿酸血症合并高脂血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察降酸消脂方治疗无症状高尿酸血症合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将98例无症状高尿酸血症合并高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各49例,2组均给予常规基础性治疗,治疗组口服医院协定方降酸消脂方,对照组口服别嘌醇片,4周为1个疗程。连续治疗2个疗程后,比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及血尿酸、血脂、肝肾功能指标水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率89.58%,高于对照组72.92%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血尿酸、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组血尿酸水平均降低(P<0.05),治疗组TC、TG水平降低(P<0.05),且治疗组血尿酸、TC、TG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:降酸消脂方能够显著改善无症状高尿酸血症合并高脂血症患者的中医症状,降低血尿酸和血脂水平,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiangsuan Xiaozhi Recipe on asymptomatic hyperuricemia complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 98 cases with asymptomatic hyperuricemia complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine basic treatment.The treatment group was additionally given Jiangsuan Xiaozhi Recipe agreed by the Hospital,and the control group was additionally treated with Allopurinol Tablets.Four weeks was a course of treatment.After two courses,the clinical effects in the two groups were compared,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,blood uric acid,blood lipid,liver and kidney function indexes in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 89.58%in the treatment group,higher than that of 72.92%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of blood uric acid,triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood uric acid levels in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the TC and TG levels in the treatment group were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of blood uric acid,TC and TG in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiangsuan Xiaozhi Recipe can significantly relieve the TCM symptoms of patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia complicated with hyperlipidemia,reduce the levels of blood uric acid and bloo
