摘　　要：文章基于农村劳动力转移规模和转移模式视角,利用2006—2021年期间农村劳动力转移、城乡居民收入等数据,考虑地理空间溢出效应的基础上,采用空间杜宾计量模型实证分析农村劳动力转移对地区收入差距的影响及其异质性。研究发现:(1)农村劳动力转移能够达成缩小地区收入差距的目标,农村劳动力转移总规模的总效应以及直接效应都通过了显著性检验,且方向为正。(2)农村劳动力本地转移、省内转移和跨省转移的总效应和直接效应都为正值,三类转移模式都呈现出有利于缩小地区收入差距的特性。(3)农村劳动力转移不同模式对提升本地居民相对收入水平的促进效应存在明显差异,农村劳动力本地转移大于省内转移、跨省转移的直接效应。文章提出消除影响农村劳动力转移的体制机制障碍、大力发展县域经济和乡镇工业、就近就地城镇化的政策建议。Based on the data of rural labor transfer and income of urban and rural residents from 2006 to 2021,and considering the geographical spatial spillover effect,this paper analyzes the impact of rural labor transfer on regional income gap and its heterogeneity using the spatial Durbin econometric model from the perspective of the scale and mode of rural labor transfer.The research finds that:1)The transfer of rural labor can achieve the goal of narrowing the regional income gap,and the total effect and direct effect of the total scale of rural labor transfer have passed the significance test,and the direction is positive.2)The total and direct effects of local transfer,intra-provincial transfer and trans-provincial transfer of rural labor force are positive,and the three types of transfer modes are conducive to narrowing the regional income gap.3)There are obvious differences in the promotion effect of different modes of rural labor force transfer on improving the relative income level of local residents.The local transfer of rural labor force is greater than the direct effect of intra-provincial transfer and trans-provincial transfer.It puts forward policy suggestions which are eliminating the institutional barriers affecting the transfer of rural labor force,vigorously developing the county economy and township industry,and urbanization nearby.
