摘　　要：在投资项目初步可行性研究的韩国模式形成过程中,韩国政府发挥了重要作用。初步可行性研究能够依据国家的长远规划和地区、产业及行业政策,经过调查、分析,以较低的资源消耗,对项目建设的必要性和可能性展开初步论证。本文旨在探究韩国初步可行性研究的组织架构、主要任务、主要内容和基本流程等,并分析其目的和成效,以期为在我国公共服务设施供给决策过程中推动初步可行性研究的应用提供相应的经验借鉴。Government of the Republic of Korea has played an important role in the formation of its model for the preliminary feasibility study of investment projects.The preliminary feasibility study can preliminarily demonstrate the necessity and possibility of the project construction with low resource consumption based on the national long-term plan and regional,industrial and industrial policies through investigation,analysis and research.By exploring the organizational structure,main tasks,main contents,basic processes and other contents of the preliminary feasibility study in the Republic of Korea,and analyzing its purpose and effectiveness,we hope to provide corresponding experience for reference in promoting the application of the preliminary feasibility study in the decision-making process of public service facilities supply in China.
