摘　　要：加强国际传播能力建设,全面提升国际传播效能,形成同我国综合国力和国际地位相匹配的国际话语权是一项重大的战略部署和紧迫的时代课题。学术界围绕加强我国国际传播能力建设的作用、内涵、内容和发展路径等展开了多维度多层次的讨论。国际传播能力提升和我国翻译事业发展关系密切,翻译事业发展将拓展国际传播的广度和深度,确保国际传播的精确度和有效性。在加强国际传播能力建设视域下,深入研究我国翻译事业发展面临的新形势、新任务、新问题、新要求,具有重要的现实意义。It is a strategic planning and urgent issue to forge Chinese International Speech Right compatible with China's overall national strength and international status through strengthening China's international communication competence and efficiency.Multi-dimensional research on the role,connotation,content and development approach to strengthen China's international communication competence has been conducted in Chinese academic community.The enhancement of China's international communication competence is closely related to the translation cause which promotes and ensures the in-depth development,accuracy and effectiveness of the former.Therefore,it is of significance to explore in-depth all the new situation,task,problem and requirement of China's translation cause from the perspective of enhancing China's international communication competence.
