摘 要:“双碳”目标下,配电网将承载分布式发电、电动汽车、电采暖等低碳技术的大规模应用,面临着承载能力不足、负载不均衡以及电能质量等问题的严峻挑战,而低压台区柔性互联技术被认为是应对上述挑战的有效手段。因此,研究了考虑低压台区柔性互联的配电网最大供电能力(TSC)。首先,给出了考虑台区柔性互联的配电网典型结构以及运行方式,建立了考虑柔性互联设备多端口潮流灵活分配、负荷多级转供的配电网TSC模型;其次,针对所提TSC模型的非线性非凸特征,提出了基于分支定界算法的模型求解方法;然后,计算了实际台区柔性互联配电网算例的TSC,并进行N-1安全性校验;最后,观测了不同低压柔性互联设备容量下TSC数值的变化规律,给出了台区柔性互联配电网的规划运行建议,为低压台区柔性互联技术在配电网的大规模应用提供了理论基础。Under the target of“carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality”,the distribution network will carry the large-scale application of low-carbon technologies such as distributed generation,electric vehicles and electric heating,which is faced with severe challenges such as insufficient carrying capacity,load imbalance and power quality.And the flexible interconnection technology of the low-voltage distribution area is considered as an effective way to deal with the above challenges.Therefore,the total supply capability(TSC)of the distribution network considering the flexible interconnection of low-voltage distribution station areas is proposed.Firstly,the typical structure and operation mode of the distribution network considering the flexible interconnection of the station areas are given,and the TSC model of the distribution network considering the flexible distribution of multi-port power flow of flexible interconnected devices and multi-level load transfer is established.Secondly,aiming at the nonlinear non-convex characteristics of the proposed TSC model,a model solution method based on branch and bound algorithm is proposed.Then,the TSC of the actual flexible interconnected distribution network is calculated,and the N-1 security verification is carried out.Finally,the variation law of TSC values with different capacities of low-voltage flexible interconnected devices is observed,and the planning and operation suggestions of the flexible interconnected distribution network in the station area are given,which provide a theoretical basis for the large-scale application of the flexible interconnected technology of the low-voltage station area in the distribution network.
