摘 要:随着风电渗透率的不断提高,其低电压穿越行为对电网安全稳定运行的影响越来越大。文中基于大量实测数据解析了直驱风机的低电压穿越响应特性,将低电压穿越全过程分为低电压穿越过程和恢复过程。在低电压穿越过程,探讨了风电渗透率及其功率特性对并网点电压恢复水平的影响,揭示了电压延迟恢复会导致系统损失更多的风电功率并加重频率跌落。在恢复过程,探讨了无功控制切换及无功恢复策略可能引起电压反复波动而使风机多次进出低电压穿越过程并发生脱网事故的根源。为抑制电压波动、实现快速稳定的电压恢复,提出了风机的低电压穿越优化控制策略。最后,基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台进行仿真,验证了风机低电压穿越行为对并网点电压的影响和所提出低电压穿越优化控制策略的有效性。With the increasing penetration rate of wind power,its low voltage ride-through behavior has growing impact on the safe and stable operation of power grids.Based on massive field test data,low voltage ride-through response characteristics of direct-driven wind turbines are analyzed,and the whole low voltage ride-through processes are divided into low voltage ride-through process and recovery process.In the low voltage ride-through process,the impact of wind power penetration rate and its power characteristics on the recovery level of the voltage of the grid-connected point is discussed,and the fact is revealed that the delayed voltage recovery will lead to the loss of more wind power which further aggravates the frequency dip.In the recovery process,the sources of the voltage fluctuation caused by the reactive power control switching and reactive power recovery strategy are discussed,which may cause continuous low voltage ride-through and tripping accident of the wind turbine.To suppress the voltage fluctuation and achieve fast and stable voltage recovery,the optimal control strategy of low voltage ride-through for wind turbines are proposed.Finally,the simulation is conducted on PSCAD/EMTDC platform,and the results verify the impact of the low voltage ride-through behaviors of wind turbines on the voltage of the grid-connected point and the effectiveness of the proposed optimal control strategy of low voltage ride-through.
