内固定结合椎体成形术以及单纯内固定对脊柱骨折患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探究内固定结合椎体成形术对脊柱骨折患者的治疗效果。方法:选取了我院2018年6月-2020年6月收治的100例脊柱(胸腰椎)骨折患者,随机分为2组,观察组和对照组,各50例,观察组患者采用内固定结合椎体成形术,对照组采用单纯的内固定。对比2组患者伤椎前高压缩比、Cobb角情况、临床疗效优良率、手术各项指标、并发症发病率以及疼痛度VAS评分。结果:观察组伤椎椎体高度压缩比情况、手术各项指标、疼痛度VAS评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组患者的Cobb角、并发症发病率小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后效果的优良率优于对照组,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内固定结合椎体成形术对脊柱骨折患者能产生较好的治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果的优良率,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty on pa-tients with spinal fracture.Methods:100 patients with spinal(thoracolumbar)fractures treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group were treated with internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty,and the patients in the control group were treated with simple internal fixation,with 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group.The ratio of high compression ratio,Cobb angle,the clinical efficacy,the operative index,the incidence rate of complications and the VAS score of pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The height compression ratio of injured vertebrae,va-rious indexes of operation and VAS score of pain in the control group were better than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Meanwhile,the incidence rate of Cobb angle and complication in observation group was less than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of postoperative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the data was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion:Internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty can produce good therapeutic effect on patients with spinal fracture,improve the clinicalsymptoms and improve the excellent rate of therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
