摘　　要：旅游业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,是加快新旧动能转换的重要引擎,是国民消费潜力增长最大的产业之一。发展“旅游+”是实现区域资源有机整合、产业融合发展、社会共建共享,以旅游业带动和促进经济社会全面发展的新形式。创新青岛“旅游+”模式,全力推动旅游产业高质量发展,是青岛市经济社会高质量发展的重要突破口,是加快打造宜居宜业宜游高品质湾区城市的重要抓手,也是加快打造国际滨海旅游目的地的关键一环。As an important part of the modern service industry,tourism is acrucial engine for accelerating the conversion of old growth drivers into new ones,and one of the industries with the biggest growth potential in national consumption.The development of all-foronetourism is anewformto realize the organic integration of regional resources,integrated development of the industries,and social co-construction and sharing.
