摘 要:坞式闸室作为大体积混凝土结构,常需分层浇筑以防温度应力过大而开裂,但某工程在运行多年后却发生了倒塌。基于扩展有限元方法,模拟浇筑分层面产生损伤后裂缝扩展情况,指出坞式结构倒角处受力复杂,现行规范对混凝土分层及钢筋锚固方式规定不够详尽是事故发生的重要原因,建议闸室应根据闸室力学状态进行混凝土分层,并提出了斜向锚固再辅以竖向锚固的组合方式。研究成果对今后类似工程、相关规范补充和修订具有重要意义。As a mass concrete structure,dock lock is often required to be layered to prevent cracking due to excessive temperature stress.But one projects have collapsed after years of operation.Based on the extended finite element method,this paper simulates the crack propagation after the layered pouring surface is damaged.It is pointed out that the mechanical state at the chamfer of the dock structure is complex,the main reason of the accident is that the current code is not detailed enough about concrete layering and reinforcement anchorage,it is suggested that the concrete should be layered according to the mechanical state of the structure,the combination mode of diagonal anchoring supplemented by vertical anchoring is proposed.The research results are of great significance to the improvement and revision of related codes for similar projects in the future.
