摘  要:针对播州区城市环境空气质量出现持续下滑趋势,从城市环境空气质量监测结果与自然环境、气象条件、工业污染源的排放等方面进行了比较分析,结果发现:不利地形与气象条件稀释扩散差、工业污染源排放总量大、道路交通汽车尾气等是造成播州区城市环境空气质量下滑的主要原因。为此,提出了结合地形地貌、风速风向、时空特点、优化道路交通、建筑工地抑尘防控、人工增雨、应急措施与工业企业节能减排、清洁生产、燃料替代等措施,精准制定管控方案并组织实施,以提升播州区城市环境空气质量,遏制下滑。The urban ambient air quality in Bozhou District has continued to decline.Through the comparison and analysis of the urban ambient air quality monitoring results with the natural environment,meteorological conditions,industrial pollution source emissions and other aspects,the paper points out that the poor dilution and diffusion of adverse terrain and meteorological conditions,the large total emissions of industrial pollution sources,and road traffic vehicle exhaust are the main reasons for the decline of urban ambient air quality in Bozhou District.In order to improve the urban environmental air quality in Bozhou District and curb the decline,it is proposed to combine the terrain,wind speed and direction,spatio-temporal characteristics,the optimization of road traffic,the prevention and control of dust suppression on construction sites,artificial precipitation enhancement,emergency measures,energy conservation and emission reduction in industrial enterprises,cleaner production,fuel substitution,etc.,to accurately formulate and organize the implementation of control plans.
