企业环境伦理对重污染企业绿色创新的影响——制度压力和补贴强度的调节作用

摘　　要：随着环境问题的日益凸显,以及对于企业环境行为关注,使得企业绿色创新越来越受到重视。关于企业绿色创新的研究目前多从外部制度压力的角度出发,对于企业内部绿色创新驱动因素的研究以及对内外部驱动因素交互效应的研究较少。企业环境伦理作为企业重要的无形资产,是进行绿色创新的重要内部驱动因素,但目前关于企业出于自我伦理规范进行的绿色创新研究相对不足。因此,基于资源基础理论和制度理论,探讨企业环境伦理对于企业绿色创新的影响,以及环境伦理在外部环境规制压力和政府补贴政策的影响下对于企业绿色创新行为的差异性效果,具有重要的现实意义。通过对中国2013—2018年间934家重污染上市公司组成的面板数据进行分析发现:企业环境伦理正向促进了企业绿色创新行为,提高了企业绿色发明专利和绿色实用新型专利的申请量;环境规制在企业环境伦理和绿色创新关系中起正向调节作用,当环境规制压力较强的时候,企业环境伦理和绿色创新的关系被增强;政府补贴对企业环境伦理和绿色创新的关系也具有一定正向调节作用,过高或过低的政府补贴并不能增强企业环境伦理和绿色创新的关系,仅在补贴强度适中时,企业环境伦理和绿色实用新型专利的关系得到增强。With the increasing prominence of environmental issues and the concern for corporate environmental behavior,corporate green innovation has received more and more attention.Research on corporate green innovation has been mostly conducted from the perspective of external institutional pressures,and less research on the internal drivers of corporate green innovation and the interactive effects of internal and external drivers.Corporate environmental ethics,as an important intangible asset of enterprises,is an important internal driver of green innovation,but there is a relative lack of research on green innovation conducted by enterprises out of self-ethical norms.Therefore,based on Resource-Based View and Institutional Theory,it is of great practical significance to explore the influence of corporate environmental ethics on corporate green innovation and the differential effect of environmental ethics on corporate green innovation behavior under the influence of external environmental regulatory pressure and government subsidy policies.Based on the industry classification management list issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection,this paper collects panel data of 934 heavily polluting listed companies in China during 2013-2018.The panel data are used to analyze the impact of environmental ethics of heavy polluters on corporate green innovation and to measure the changes in the relationship between corporate environmental ethics and green innovation under different external influences using environmental regulatory pressure and government subsidy intensity.This paper performs robustness tests using some subsamples of the full sample to enhance the credibility of the empirical analysis results.The results show that:(1)Corporate environmental ethics positively promotes the green innovation behavior of heavy polluting enterprises and increases the number of corporate green invention patent and green utility model patent applications.(2)Environmental regulation plays a positive moderating role in the relationshi
