摘 要:针对金川二矿区深部巷道支护体收敛严重的问题,采用现场工业性试验和数值模拟的方法对二矿区深部巷道支护体稳定性进行研究,通过对支护体收敛变形监测、支护体强度原位测试与分析、支护体强度原位测试及围岩-支护体相互作用规律展开研究发现,814m斜坡试验巷道设置的7个监测断面都是不稳定断面,巷道属于欠稳定巷道;混凝土强度对支护体的收敛变形有一定的影响;巷道两底角和直墙转半圆的拐点处是应力集中区,且巷道底鼓变形严重。Aiming at the serious convergence of deep tunnel support of mining area 2,the stability of deep tunnel support of mining area 2 is studied by adopting field industrial test and numerical simulation.Through the monitoring of the convergence deformation of the support,the in-situ test and analysis of the strength of the support,the stress-strain test of the support and the interaction law between surrounding rock and support,it is found that:7 monitoring sections in the tested tunnels of ramproad at level 814m are not unstable,and the tunnels are also understable;concrete strength has a certain influence on the convergence deformation of the support;two bottom corners of the tunnel and the turning point of the straight wall to semicircle are the stress concentration area,and the tunnel bottoms are greatly bulged and deformed.
