镍冶炼炉渣与钢铁固废协同处理半工业试验研究

摘  要:本文在分析镍冶炼炉渣、钢厂除尘灰化学成分、物质组成的基础上,进行了矿热电炉协同处理镍冶炼炉渣与钢厂除尘灰等固体废弃物生产低镍铬生铁的半工业试验。试验结果表明,人炉物料中镍冶炼炉渣配比在5%~20%时,同时协同配料处理钢厂除尘灰等固体废弃物,可以生产含镍2.85%~3.56%的低镍铬生铁,达到提高低镍铬生铁镍含量0.2%~0.5%的目标;协同处理后的二次炉渣质量系数在1.47~1.56之间,符合GB/T203-2008《用于水泥中粒化高炉矿渣》标准中矿渣质量系数不小于1.2的要求,可以满足水泥行业使用。Basing on the analysis of the chemical composition and material composition of the slag of nickel smelting furnace and steel plant,a semi-industrial test of the production of low-nickel-chromium pig iron by solid waste electric furnace and nickel smelting slag and steel plant dust removal ash was carried out.The test results showed that:if the ratio of nickel smelting furnace slag of in-furnace material is 5%to 20%while the solid waste such as dust and ash from steel mill synergistically treated,low-nickel-chromium pig iron containing 2.85%~3.56%of nickel can be produced,and the target nickel content of low-nickel-chro-mium pig iron can be improved 0.2%~0.5%;the quality coefficient of secondary slag after synergistic treatment is between 1.47 and 1.56,which meets requirements of CB/T203-2008 and can be used in the cement industry.
