摘　　要：利用Pro-CAST软件模拟在一定工艺条件下C71500Φ440×Φ230mm锭坏铸造过程的液穴深度,根据模拟结果设计相应的空心锭模具,并制定生产工艺参数,试生产C71500Φ440×Φ230mm空心锭坏。Pro-CAST software was used to simulate the molten pool depth in the casting process of C71500 Q440×Q230mm ingot under certain process conditions,and the corresponding hollow ingot mold was designed according to the simulation results while the production process parameters were formulated to start pilot production of the C71500@440×@230mm hollow ingot.
