摘　　要：本文主要针对真空胶带过滤机在使用过程中存在的问题,探讨研究了技术改进方案,并利用设备大修机会,完成了综合性能提升的技术改造,实现了清洁文明生产、降低了岗位劳动量,贯彻了设备“逢修必改”的维修理念,旨在对大型关键设备的检修维护起到指导作用。Focusing on the problems in operation of vacuum belt filter,this paper discusses the technological improvement scheme.Technological improvement to enhance comprehensive performance is completed in maintenance,thus the clean and civilized production is realized,the labor load is also reduced,and the concept that technological improvement follows maintenance is implemented,which aims to play a guiding role in maintenance of large key equipment.
