摘 要:地下固体资源开发工程涉及大量巷道和碉室的开挖,而开挖获得的巷道碉室断面并非完全遵循设计好的开挖基准轮廓线,超欠挖现象时有发生。在深部空间获取固体矿产资源必定有大量的联络道开拓工程,本文利用FLAC3D对深部空间联络道无超挖、超挖状态下不同超挖部位、同一超挖部位达到两处等工况条件下的联络道稳定性进行数值模拟分析,得到在联络道的拱角和两底角处由于受到开挖扰动导致应力集中,所以更容易发生剪切破坏;开挖的自由面附近围岩受力状态由三维受力变成二维受力,所以有“片帮”的趋势等结果。The underground solid resource development project involves the excavation of a large number of roadways and chambers,and the section of roadways and chambers obtained by excavation does not fully follow the designed excavation benchmark contour,and the over-excavation phenomenon occurs occasionally.To obtain solid mineral resources must bring a large number of developing workings of connection channels.This paper proposes to use FLAC3D to carry out numerical simulation analysis on the stability of the deep space link under the working conditions of no over-excavation,different excavation parts under the over-exca-vation state,and two over-excavation parts under the same over-excavation state.The results show that the stress concentration at the arch angle and two bottom corners of the connecting channel is caused by excavation disturbance,so it is more prone to cause shear failure;and such results as the trend of wall caving may occur because the stress state of surrounding rock near the excavated free surface changes from 3D to 2D.
