摘  要:本文利用硝酸根离子在205nm波长处有紫外吸收,用双波长法扣除有机质的干扰等特点,研究了双波长紫外分光光度法测定工业硫酸中硝酸根离子的方法。方法中进行了试样波长的选择、基体干扰、共存元素干扰、方法精密度和加标回收等试验,建立了硫酸中硝酸根的测定方法。试验结果表明:该方法操作简便、试剂用量少、准确度好、分析效率高等特点。方法的精密度RSD<13%,加标回收率在96.9%~109.0%,满足测定要求。In this paper,a method for the determination of nitrate ion in industrial sulfuric acid by dual-wavelength spectrophotometer is studied,which is characterized by ultraviolet absorption of nitrate ion at 205nm wavelength and the interference of organic matter is subtracted by dual-wavelength spectrophotometer.In this method,the wavelength selection,matrix interference,co-existing element interference,method precision and standard recovery were experimented,and the determination method of nitrate in sulfuric acid was established.The experiment result showed that the method is simple to operate and with such characteristics as low reagent dosage,good accuracy and high analytical efficiency.The precision RSD of the method was less than 13%,and the standard recovery was 96.9%~109.0%,which met the requirements of sulfuric acid analysis of chemical products.
