摘  要:某加压浸出系统原设计处理原料为非金属化高镍原料,原料粒度为5~10mm,原料密度为6.5t/m^(2),由于市场原料供应变化,与原设计物料不同物理、化学性质的原料进入生产体系,产生了加压釜作业率低、系统Cu^(2+)/Cu^(+)平衡失衡等现象,导致加压浸出系统镍直收率偏低,影响了加压浸出系统生产运行连续性和经济性。针对不同原料的物理、化学性质,通过优化加压浸出系统生产工艺技术条件以及加压浸出系统设备设施技术改造,实现了加压浸出系统镍直收率稳步提升。The raw material to process in original design of a pressure leaching system is non-metallic high nickel matte with a particle size of 5~10mm and a density of 6.5Vm°.Due to changes in the supply of raw materials in market,raw materials with dif-ferent physical and chemical properties from the original design materials has entered the production system,resulting in low auto-clave operation rate and Cu^(2+)/Cu^(+) imbalance in system.As a result,the nickel direct yield of the pressure leaching system is low,which affects the continuity and economy of the production operation of the pressure leaching system.Focusing on the physical and chemical properties of different raw materials,the direct nickel yield of the pressure leaching system has been steadily improved through optimizing production process and technical conditions and improving the technical transformation of the equipment and fa-cilities of the pressure leaching system.
