摘  要:膏体充填是充填料浆呈膏状形态的结构流充填方法,在环保、提升充填体的整体质量及降低充填费用以及采场应力维护等方面具有明显优势,研究与发展膏体充填技术对深部采矿具有重要意义。本文针对金川特细尾砂和井下废石为主要充填物料和下向分层采矿方法的膏体充填技术领域,从膏体充填理论技术研究和充填设备应用与发展方面,对进行研究的内容和工程设计实践进行了总结。Paste filling is a structural flow filling method with paste-like filling slurry.It has obvious advantages in environmental protection,improving the overall quality of flling body,reducing filling cost and stope stress maintenance.The research and development of paste filling technology is of great significance to deep mining.Aiming at the paste filling technology field in which Jinchuan ultra-fine tailings and underground waste rocks are used as main filling materials and a downward slicing mining method is adopted,this paper summarizes the research content and engineering design practice from the aspects of paste filling theory and technology research and the application and development of filling equipment.
