摘  要:铜阳极板装卸采用人工挂摘链进行转运防护,挂摘链作业过程中存在人机交叉现象,安全风险高,为解决此问题,经现场研究,最终确定设计方案,从四个方面进行技术攻关,设计铜阳极板转运自动封车装置,解决了铜阳极板人工挂摘链问题,提高了装卸车效率,降低了现场安全作业风险。The copper anode plate is loaded and unloaded by manual hanging and picking chain for transport protection,cross operation occurs during running hanging and picking chain,which may cause a high safety risk.In order to solve this problem,a design plan was finally determined after on-site research,and a technical research was carried out from four aspects.The design of automatic vehicle sealing device for copper anode plate transfer solved the problem of manual hanging and picking of copper anode plates,improving the efficiency of loading and unloading and reducing risk of on-site safe operation.
