摘 要:为了解决汽轮机与热泵机组的耦合性问题,实现发电与供热的最佳产能,以采用吸收式热泵的150MW机组为工程应用背景,提出提高热泵余热水入口温度的改造方案。对改造后的效果进行热力学计算。结果表明:通过改造实施,热泵机组余热水进口温度可由23℃~26℃上升至27℃~33℃,循环水温度提高,驱动蒸汽压力稳定,热泵回收热量明显提高,该改造方案具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。In order to solve the coupling problem between steam turbine and heat pump unit and realize the best production capacity of power generation and heating,a transformation scheme to improve the inlet temperature of residual hot water of heat pump is proposed by taking the 150MW unit using absorption heat pump as the engineering application background.Thermodynamic calculation is carried out for the effect after transformation.The results show that through the implementation of the transformation,the inlet temperature of the residual hot water of the heat pump unit can rise from 23℃~26℃to 27℃~33℃C,the circulating water temperature increases,the driving steam pressure is stable,and the heat recovered by the heat pump is significantly improved.The transformation scheme has good economic and environmental benefits.
